"Hilbert Finance represents an important milestone in Hilbert Group's evolution," says CEO Barnali Biswal. By bringing the crypto services together under the Hilbert brand, the group creates, according to Biswal, a stronger and more unified platform for institutional clients. She points out that Hilbert Finance moves the company a step closer to the vision of becoming Europe's leading institutional full-stack digital finance platform.

Hilbert Group is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market and has so far primarily been known for asset management within digital assets, including through a crypto hedge fund. With Hilbert Finance, the group is establishing a separate track for institutional crypto lending, financial infrastructure and future licensed financial services, built on the technology from acquired Nordark. The two business areas will continue side by side, and the launch signals that Hilbert wants to build broader institutional financial services than the asset management business alone has covered.

From acquisition to standalone business division

Hilbert Finance is built on the platform and technology the group acquired through Nordark, and will serve as Hilbert Group's dedicated push into institutional crypto lending, financial infrastructure and future licensed financial services. The division comes in addition to, not instead of, the group's existing asset management business.

According to the company, the launch represents the next step in a strategy to build a full-stack institutional digital asset platform, with the division forming the foundation for a growing range of regulated financial products as Hilbert expands its service offering.

Granath: a natural step for Nordark

Jonathan Granath, who heads Hilbert Finance, says Nordark was originally built to bridge traditional finance and the digital asset economy, and that joining the Hilbert brand is therefore a natural next step. According to Granath, the merger gives the division a stronger platform from which to develop and market a broad range of institutional financial services, while benefiting from Hilbert's institutional relationships, global reach and investment expertise.

Rebranding without disruption for existing customers

The transition to Hilbert Finance will be rolled out over the coming months and will cover the group's platform, customer interfaces and communications. Hilbert Group emphasizes that existing customer relationships and operations will continue without interruption.

The group says it will provide further updates on new products, partnerships, regulatory milestones and other initiatives under Hilbert Finance as they are achieved.
