H100 Group AB has signed a letter of intent to acquire Swiss Future Holdings AG, a bitcoin treasury company. The acquisition marks H100's first foray into the Swiss market and reinforces the company's European ambitions.

H100 Group, the Nordic region's leading bitcoin treasury player, aims to establish a foothold in Switzerland through a planned acquisition of Future Holdings AG. The memorandum of understanding involves the purchase of all shares in Future and represents a strategic expansion of H100's operations outside the Nordic region. The transaction, which is expected to be finalized during January 2026, is to be conducted in shares with a total purchase price of about 600,000 Swiss francs.
H100 is led by Chairman Sander Andersen (pictured) and CEO Johannes Wiik.
Sander Andersen lives in Lugano, Switzerland and established his first digital asset company, Finpeers, in Switzerland in 2023.
“This transaction supports our expansion into Switzerland. Future contributes relevant local experience, and we see Switzerland as a key market as institutional investors consider new approaches to capital allocation,” says Sander Andersen in a press release.
Switzerland is considered one of Europe's most mature financial markets, known for its strong currency, solid asset management and high institutional expertise. Lower interest rates in recent years have prompted many investors to look towards alternative assets, including bitcoin, to supplement traditional financial instruments. H100 therefore sees Switzerland as an ideal starting point for further growth in institutional bitcoin treasury management.
Future Holdings has built a position as a Swiss pioneer in bitcoin treasury strategies and has previously considered IPO. Through the merger, H100 wants to unite its listed structure and Nordic market position with Future's local experience and investor network. The goal is to establish an institutional platform that provides both transparency and balance sheet improvement for investors.
The acquisition will help accelerate H100's ambition to become a leading player in bitcoin treasury and associated capital markets activities in Europe. With Future on the team, the company hopes to bridge the gap to Swiss investors and broaden its institutional dialogue.

The acquisition in Switzerland can also be seen as part of Phase 2 of the H100, where the company aims to 10-double its holdings of Bitcoin, and also reach institutional investors in a very different way than to date.
