Danish Aryze has raised €3 million in a Pre-Series A round to develop its infrastructure for stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. The solution unifies issuance and fiat on/off-ramps on a single stack for licensed issuers.

The funding round highlights a clear trend in the onchain economy, where the market is shifting away from fragmented and independent solutions. Integrating traditional banking systems (fiat) and tokenized real-world assets (RWA) is becoming increasingly essential for Nordic and international financial institutions seeking to issue their own digital assets in a regulatory-compliant manner.
The company's CEO, Bertram Seitz, emphasizes that the market primarily demands simpler, integrated systems rather than isolated technological novelties:
"Stablecoin issuers don’t ask for innovation. They ask for issuance and the rails that move fiat in and out, on the same stack rather than separate vendors stitched together," Seitz stated.
Until now, issuing stablecoins has typically required builders and institutions to integrate components such as digital wallets, ledgers, custody services, and fiat on- and off-ramps from multiple separate vendors.
Danish fintech company Aryze, founded in Copenhagen in 2017, has developed an infrastructure that brings this entire chain together onto a single stack. The goal is to transform complex money movements into a reliable and controllable infrastructure for licensed entities.
The technological infrastructure is delivered as a service (Infrastructure as a Service) and caters to two different operational models:
In both cases, the customer remains the licensed issuer, while Aryze acts strictly as the underlying technology provider. The fresh capital from this funding round will be used entirely to drive the next phase of development for the platform.
