Challenges

A student organization can certainly be vulnerable when members complete their studies, and there's the challenge of marketing the community to new students. For example, the initiator of BISO Web3 Society, Sebastian Stehlik, is now working for EY from Prague. Like many others, the student group has also faced challenges during the crypto winter.

Partner at Unleash

In the autumn of 2023, the BISO Web3 Society was a partner with Kaupr, organizing the Unleash event, which was attended by 250 attendees, split 50/50 by in-person and virtual attendance.

New leadership

Under new leadership, with Lara Alyssia Hofmann (left) as the Community Manager and Paula Kuzmyn (right) as Deputy Manager, the activity has been ramped up again. This fall, the group has already hosted two guest lectures, from the Real World Asset company Tvinn, and from the Digital Asset company Copper.co.
