Rune Paulseth, formerly of Spond, Hjem.no and before that Meta and Microsoft, is employed as commercial manager at Klein Group. He will be responsible for commercializing the company's efforts in artificial intelligence (AI).
“We are facing an incredibly exciting time — both for us and for the entire technology industry,” Paulseth said in a statement.
PaulSeth's first project is Rewrk, ai, a company that has developed an end to end AI platform for content production of text, audio, images and video
At its core is a research robot that monitors thousands of sources and generates articles automatically. First customer is Viasport.com, which publishes around 350 AI-produced articles daily.
Klein Group wants to build local robust and safe AI solutions with international potential.
“Many people use open AI services indiscriminately and lose control of their own data. We will provide in a local, controlled environment where customers own and manage the data themselves,” Paulseth said.
Klein Group currently has around 40 companies in its portfolio, 90 per cent of which are located outside Norway — including in Switzerland, the UK and Malta.
“For us, it's natural to think internationally from day one. The expertise we build in our AI companies will be applied across the entire portfolio. We build ecosystems -- not silos,” Bentzen says.
“Rune has unique experience and is the perfect fit to elevate our AI projects globally,” says Martin Bentzen, CEO of Klein Group.
Klein Group is a Norwegian investment company established by Morten Klein, with over 40 companies in the portfolio in technology, finance, real estate and iGaming — and an increasing focus on AI and data-driven innovation.
