Fetched 125 MSEK this week

The latest capital raising closed on Thursday, when K33 announced that it had subscribed for 125 MSEK shares in a directed issue. The minimum amount when the issue was announced was 85 MSEK. Pareto Securities has chosen as facilitator in the issue. CEO Torbjørn Bull Jensen has also subscribed shares for at least NOK 1 million.

This comes in addition to the SEK 60 million that K33 raised when the company announced its new Bitcoin Treasury strategy at the end of May.

Should buy 1,000 BTC

The money from the issues will be used to buy up to 1,000 BTC that K33 will hold on its balance sheet. According to previous announcements from K33, this should also provide real operational leverage for K33 as a broker. It will improve K33's margins, enable new product offerings and strengthen K33's ability to win larger institutional partnerships.
